Summary: LS, UN building - visitors filing in. Int: the soviet representative Jacob Malik arriving and being greeted by Trygve Lie. Malik speaking in Russian. CU, Warren Austin challenging ruling made by Malik who has returned to this session as Pres of Security Council. The Representative of China speaks. He says, in part: "............I forgive that statement made by Malik because of ignorance." MS, Austin speaking about ending the breach of peace in Korea, then back to Malik speaking. Austin challenging the ruling of the chair. Malik speaking. LSs, spectators. The United Kingdom representative says something about the queer upside language favored by Soviet Russia. Mr Austin says that if any delegate has any proposal to make about breach of peace in Korea. LS, the security Council. Back to Mr Austin who says that we are interested in the great principles of the UN and individual nations no matter how weak they be. MLS, MS, the delegate from India says that it is a matter of public knowledge what his country has done to end the breach of peace.
