Gen Clark and his party arrive. Noticed in Clark's party are Maj Gen Geoffrey Keyes; and French Gen Ely. Gen DeGaulle presents medals to Gen Clark, Maj Gen Keyes and other generals including Maj Gen Sloane, Brig Gen Brent and a Col Cameron. Only the first two are seen being decorated.
