(2 Feb 45) Four-star jeep with Gen Douglas MacArthur drives off raft, stops on road. Gen MacArthur speaks with Maj Gen (unidentified). MSs, CUs, released prisoners of war from Cebu arrive at Tacescera, Luzon. Seq: (extremely dark) Psychological Warfare soldiers load propaganda leaflets into L-4 plane. MS, L-4 plane takes off along narrow dirt road. LS to MLS, troops follow tank which fires as it crosses bridge outside town of Subic.
