VS, editorial staff discusses and approves leaflet "Japan Has Surrendered". Seq: Leaflet is completed by the Art dept and passed to photostat section. The negative is corrected and given to printer. Prints are run off. Chinese boys carrying the leaflets rush out of the press room. VS, leaflets are loaded into'leaflet bomb" and bomb is crated. VS, stacks of different types of leaflets.
