Summary: A cargo treadway truck, carrying a large ponton backing up slowly toward camera and shoreline. Bulldozer pushing dirt. MLSs, ponton being lowered from the treadway truck. Men around ponton on the shore. The boom on the treadway truck picking up ponton. LS, RV, truck with the ponton moving down the road away from camera.
