Four Belgians, three officers and a Sgt, compare notes and point across Imjin R. "A" Co Commd, Capt Williot, looking through glasses, studying the opposite riverbank. Tank of the British Regt standing near the riverbank. An English tank with Belgian officers and men in fg. LS, Belgian patrol in a boat crossing the Imjin. The boat really consists of a large assault boat being towed by another boat. They disembark onto ponton carrier. Telephoto Shot, motorboat towing boat loaded with Belgian troops returning from patrol, approaching south bank. Telephoto Shot, of the boat towing barge. The craft is having some difficulty with the current. MLS, the patrol disembarking onto ponton carrier. MS, Belgian soldiers march up trail from river after returning from patrol. We note a Korean in the lineup. Camera follows the last man moving along. CU, Belgian Pvt wiping sweat from face as he rests from march. MS, man on a tank pouring water from a 5-gal tin into a cup for a soldier, who pours it into his canteen. MS, Belgian liaison officer, Maj Moreau Demelen, looking through glasses at north bank of the Imjin. CU, Demelen. British tank loaded with Belgians moving along deep-rutted road. The men wave as they pass. Another tank with troops comes twd and past camera. Belgian radioman, his shirt open at the front showing his bare chest, trudging along road. An English jeep bogged down in the muddy, rutted, road. The jeep getting out of rut, then coming alongside English tanks with Belgian troops. Two Belgian teams fire mortars. CU, man fuzing a shell. Belgians, seated and standing, as they eat C-rations. CU, man eating, then taking a drink out of cup. Two men opening tins of ration. CU, man opens C-ration tin, starts eating.
