Summary: Group of UN delegates, newsmen, waiting on bridge. Brief ELS, helicopter flying over, then a convoy of jeeps moving from the bridge site. Group in front of the conference house; some are taking pictures. Brief CU, Communist delegates. CU, Cols Murray and Kinney. This is some sort of brief conference outside the bldg. RV, Cols Kinney, Murray, and others, as they walk into the conference bldg. US Capt. He is holding a microphone for someone speaking. Jeeps with the Communists leaving - they are the minors ones, not the top men. Cols Kinney and Murray coming out of tent. CU, Kinney as he climbs into jeep, smiling. Kinney and Murray leave in jeep. Newsmen eating sandwiches on conference grounds. GEN MATTHEW B RIDGWAY AND WIFE INSPECTING HOMES.: Tachi, Japan: 09/20/1951: Ridgway and wife walking twd the camera.
