Summary: An Honor Guard dress parade is held for the two generals who are about to leave for the States. MS, number of American flags hanging limply from flagpoles. FS, Gen Almond, accompanied by Gen Matthew B Ridgway and Honor Guard Comd, review Honor Guard and combined Color Guard. MLS, portion Army Honor Guard standing at attention as Ridgway speaks. He walks away and Gen Almond speaks. MS, officer, back to camera, shaking hands with Almond. They pat each other on the shoulders. Almond standing with members of his family.
