Seqw: Gen MacArthur and other generals board PT boat. MCUs, General MacArthur coming ashore. General and party traveling by jeeps over muddy, bumpy roads to 31st Div HQ. Gen MacArthur shaking hands with Maj Gen Clarence A Martin. Seq: MacArthur and party arrive at Mindoro Island and are met by Captain Brown, USN. General and party visit Mindoro Cemetary; 185th Inf Cp. MCUs, MacArthur haltingly moves from PT boat to waiting ship. VS on island, MacArthur and party viewing area. LS, PT boat with VIPs under way. Ext LS, Pan, tremendous fleet at anchor spread across the sea. (Every type of vessel visible). All ships are at anchor.
