Summary: LS, Pan, LCIs loaded with vehicles and equipment in preparation for Australian troop invasion under cover of Allied warships. LS, Australian troops wait to load aboard LCIs. MS, vehicles are backed onto awaiting LCIs. VS, Australian troops wading waist-deep, carrying heavy packs and equipment. In order to board the ships, the men must hold onto a rope as they wade through.
