MS, Japanese diplomats Kurusu and Nomura leaving Capitol after talks with President Franklin D Roosevelt. Animated map showing Japanese conquest in Far East and American routes of lend-lease. CU, giant switch being thrown. Montage: War productions in American factories: machinists at work, planes, tanks, artillery, guns and shells on assembly line. Planes, tanks, trucks and jeeps at storage depots awaiting shipment overseas. CU, Pres Roosevelt and Winston Churchill in discussion. Animated map showing routes of American lend-lease.
