Navy Film Released by the Department of Defense) On December 14, 1967 a USS ORISKANY based Navy A-4 "Skyhawk" strafed a rail- road locomotive and 30 railroad cards, 35 miles southeast of Hanoi, North Vietnam. On December 18, 1967 an air-ground missile fired by a USS CORAL SEA based A-4 "Skyhawk" scored a direct hit on a floating supply barge, 26 miles southeast of Haiphong, North Vietnam.
