S. Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, returned by aircraft yesterday as 29 women and children were greeted by their husbands and fathers, 46 days after being parted by evacuation during the Cuban crisis. Also present amoug the welcoming throng were entainer Perry Cozo and his USO troupe, Base Commander Rear Admiral Edward J. O'Donnell, and 3 four members of Congress: Representatives Malson of Texas, Ninsholl of Ohio, Ostertang of New York and Ford of Michigan. Sequences show: 2/ CC (a) Sign at MATS Terminal, "Welcome Home. We Missed you." Various scenes of dependents leaving aircraft and meeting sponsors. (c) Perry Como terviewing faulties.
