Description

Reel 1, supplies are assembled and troops embark. Shows the "Atlantic Sea Armada" at sea; air cover over Casablanca; and the naval attack, during which a large French warship is sunk. Casablanca surrenders. Reel 2 shows the taking of Oran and Algiers. Planes lay a smoke screen. U.S. and British troops board landing craft and hit the beach. Tunisians hear a message from Pres. Roosevelt. Algiers is taken. Algerians listen to Roosevelt's prepared broadcast. Planes bomb Rommel's Afrika Korps in Libya. Shows Gen. Montgomery. Planes take off and bomb Italy.
