28 July - VS of the Gatun Dam spillway with closer shots of the gates of spillway and the water pouring out. Some soldiers watch the Dam from the shore. August 3 - Ferry in dry dock at Christobal. Overall view of drydock with large cranes on either side showing the ferry President Amador and a self-propelled floating crane. Pan, Ext, LS of docks at Christobal. A Diesel locomotive of the Panama Railroad comes into the Balboa Yards and is rotated on turntable. LA of the engineer in locomotive cab and the train slowly moving off. A motor train car and coach are turned on turntable and later the two cars coming off. The turntable operator at work. An American crew traversing and elevating an AA gun. LS, Madden Dam spillway and the hydroelectric plant.
