MSs, Secretary of Defense Thomas S. Gates, Jr. and party arriving at firing range and watching the firing. LHSs, riot demonstration. Seq: Sec. Gates arrives at Tempelhof Airfield and is greeted by Maj. Gen. Ralph M. Osborne. Sec. and party enter Berlin Command HQ building.
