Description

Summary: HLS, street scenes. AVs of city. VS, injured woman lying on ground. Leaflets falling to ground. People pick them up. CU, leaflet "Surrender, Resistance Is Useless." Truck driving along street, skids and hits fire hydrant. Water gushes out and floods the street. Water is shut off while workmen install new hydrant. Injured are removed from automobile accident, placed on litters and received first aid from CD workers. Injured are placed in truck. HLS, street Scenes. Wrecker removing damaged autos.
