Honor Guard in formation. Gen Loc, BG Richard N Lee, and others leaving after meeting. Nguyen Cao Ky, Premier South Vietnam, and LTG Paul G Larsen, troop the line of the Honor Guard. They enter building. BG Lee, Maj Gen William R Peers, and US Embassy personnel enter the building. Int, dignitaries. Premier Ky leaving after the conference. -- VS, men of the 5th Bn, 2d Artillery, clean and service. M-42 SP 40mm twin guns. M-42s drive off followed by convoy of trucks. Travel shot M-42 driving along road. CH-47 lands on field; soldiers board through rear ramp. The copter pciks up an M-55 Quad on sling. AV, convoy moving along road. Crew load and fire M-55 which is mounted on back of truck. M-42 is loaded and fired. LS, tracers streaking toward target area.
