Description
On the use of rubber in the war. Trucks of the U.S. Army's "Red Ball Express" roll through Paris. Tires are manufactured. Shows the decline in civilian transportation. Describes the formal and combat wear on military truck and airplanes tires. A cargo ship loaded with vehicles burns. Cargo planes leave an airfield in India for China. Chinese coolies work on the Burma Road. Trucks, weapons carriers, and construction equipment rolls over the road.
