A Cooperative Relationship Part 4

Description

This video recording explains how the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the U.S. Forest Service partnered to remedy inmate idleness and, at the same time, provide much needed manpower for the budget-stricken Allegheny National Forest. Scenes show how inmates from the federal correctional institution McKean in northwestern Pennsylvania were used for timber and wildlife management, fence construction, and improving the forest's recreational facilities.
