Description

This video recording captures a television news report on a Christian faith-based prison program within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice called the InnerChange Freedom Initiative. The program, as described by the director, Jack Cowley, attempted to "transform the inner man" by combining prayer study, and re-entry work training, thereby reducing inmates' recidivism rate.
