Description
Shows homes flooded by the River Seine. Flood victims are rescued by boat, guided to safety by Free French troops, and fed at an Army canteen. Allied force. including Free French units, advance-through snow, mud, and slush. Artillery and tank-carrying trailers are mired. Tanks and artillery fire. Ink. units enter a town. German troops surrender. Civilians acclaim Free French units entering the town.
