Part 4, damaged buildings are destroyed in the reconstruction of Dortan, Fr. Part 5, Sec. Byrnes proposes to the UN Security Council (Apr. 4) that discussion of the Russian-Iranian dispute be suspended until May 6. Alexander Cadogan supports the proposal. Hussein Ala praises the UN.
