This moving image contains the following: Reel 1, Part 1 shows a religious procession in a Balkan satellite city. Part 2 shows furloughing German soldiers and their girls on an excursion boat. Part 3, a German officer greets a Balkan satellite official. Part 4, German ski troops fire machine guns and move forward as skirmishers in Russia passing Russian corpses. Part 5, Germans, wounded in Russia, are evacuated by dog sled. Part 6, Japanese troops land at Aparri in North Luzon, Philippines. Trucks, tanks, artillery, and infantry move along a road as civilians watch. Infantry cross a field. Tanks move into Manila. Japanese planes take off and bomb Corregidor. Shows demolished U.S. planes. Reel 2, Part 1, a German sentry guards a river bank. Engineers dig fortifications. Troops relax. Part 2, Hitler is motored through Berlin, enplanes, deplanes in Finland, greets President Ryti, decorates General Mannerheim, and enplanes for Germany. Part 3, camouflaged German tanks, artillery, mortars, and machine guns are fired near Kharkov, Russia. Railroad flatcars are moved to the front. Skirmishers, protected by artillery and air cover, advance. Infantry move into a blazing city. Reel 3, on the German counteroffensive near Kharkov. Armor, cavalry, and supply trains move up. Tank and self-propelled guns are fired. Shows masses of Russian POW's and captured and demolished Russian equipment. German planes bomb Russian rear areas. Motorcycles and mechanized artillery advance. Reel 4, Part 1 shows vessels under construction in a Spanish shipyard. A Spanish submarine surfaces. A huge hydroelectric plant is inspected. Part 2 shows a Nazi rally in Germany. Part 3, units of the Legion of French Volunteers Against Bolshevism entrain at Versailles for Russia. Part 4, tanks, armored cars, and infantry advance near Tobruk protected by artillery. Shows Gen. Rommel. Barbed wire is breached and German motorized infantry and tanks move into Tobruk. British troops retreat in the distance. Reel 5, German planes bomb Sevastopol. Shows demolished Russian fortifications and equipment, Russian dead, and street fighting in the outskirts of the city.
