Description

Part 1, shows volunteer Fascist youth marching to war, speaker speaking from stand, crowds saluting. Part 2, roads are built, natives work on plantations gathering fruit and tobacco, and goods are transported by camel caravan in Libya and Italian Somaliland. Part 3, Germ destroyer flotilla patrols the Bay of Biscay escorted by Stukas and motor torpedo boats, a German motor torpedo sinks a Brit. ship, them withdraws behind a smoke screen. Part 4, shows damaged prow of the Italian destroyer Ugolino Vivaldi after the ramming of the British Submarine Oswald. Part 5, Italian planes take off and raid Marsa Matruh and Sidi Barrani in Egypt.
