Students go through balancing test to test their equilibrium. Students at boxing bags in gym, boxing. Boxers sparring around in ring. Gymnasts doing acrobatics on gym horse, on horizontal bars. Students watch their leaders go through the gymnastics. Girls exercising on wall ladder in gym. Girls swinging on flying rings. Students writing report in class. Motorcyclists lined up at starting line of race on track covered with snow outdoors. The motorcyclists start off and go around the snow covered track. Various scenes of cyclists going around track. At race's end the winner is kissed as is custom. Scenes of another race. The racers at the finish line. Winner gets two cups and praise of all. In the town of Kirov. Scene of the town. Skiers line up with skis. Skiers wax skis. Instructors teach skiing to beginners. Skiers are started for ski run in single line. Skiers race cross country over snow covered terrain.
