ROME-TOKYO-ROME FLIGHT- Colonel Moscatelli returns to Italy after a flight to Tokyo, over enemy-held territory. He arrives at the same moment as the Duce, who was visiting Greece. Moscatelli congratulated the Duce, by Admiral Abe[?], head of the Japanese Naval Mission in Italy, the Military Attache, Colonel Shimizu, the Naval Attache, Colonel Mitso Nobu, and the Air Attache of the German Embassy, Von Pokl.
