(Day #227) 61 All action takes place in food preparation area: Lousma enters picture and places speciman in SMMD and takes Calibration reading. 86 Lousma activities activates and deactivates SMMD (three times) and takes Calibration reading. 116 Lousma removes speciman from SMMD and moves out of picture. 176 Lousma enters picture and makes adjustment to TV camera. 378 Lousma makes adjustment to TV camera and enters picture to repeat action on Water Gun. (four times) 387 SLATE: ED63 Cytoplasmic streaming. All action takes place in the food preparation area door to cabinate to show SMMD location. 2 00:55 to 01:10 M.S. Lousma places specimen behind elastic cover and takes cali- bration reading and then activates SMMD. 3 01:10 to 02:45 M.S. Lousma de- activates SMMD and takes calibration reading. Takes out specimen and closes door to cabinate and moves out of picture. 4 02:45 to 04:25 M.S. Lousma enters picture and moves to T.V. camera to change lens. 5 04:25 to 06:00 C.S. of SMMD with Lousma placing specimen in SMMD and taking three calibration readings. BLANK 1 00:00 to 01:30 M.S. Lousma enters picture and picks up water gun and places in mouth (two takes) 2. 2 01:30 to 02:45 M.S. Lousma changes T.V. lens to close- up lens. 3 02:45 to 04:10 C.S. Lousma picks up water gun and places in mouth (two takes)
