Description

This film documents the Organization of American States (OAS) response to the Honduras-El Salvador War, including the first Washington meeting, assistance in troop withdrawal, and representation at Tegucigalpa's civilian prison camp, as well as the bombed villages of Alianza and Amatillo. The film concludes with a statement by OAS Secretary General Galo Plaza.
