Scientists seek to establish more efficient clothing sizes in the Netherlands. The computed results permit manufacturers to alter pattern sizes, 3.) Dutch and American air rescue squads save people during a flood in the Netherlands on February 1, 1953. The film is a Marshall Plan film that was produced by the Mutual Security Agency (MSA).
