This film describes how, like some other American cities after the war, the town of Dunkirk, New York, sought ways to help its sister city in Europe - in this case, war-battered Dunkerque, France. Goodwill visits and food parcels from Dunkirk, NY encourage the citizens of the French town to rebuild, with the help of Marshall Plan aid.
