Description

This film describes the nature and appeal of "white collar" work. Reel 1 shows how a former machinist advanced within a corporation to a white collar position. Reel 2 describes a typical middle class neighborhood and the relationships that develop among neighbors. Also shown in the film is how town meetings operate. The film was presented by the U.S. Army and produced by RKO Pathe, Inc.
