This film tells the story of electricity, including what electricity actually is and how man learned to produce it. Also discussed is electron theory; the laws of magnetism; the principles of electrical currents; and the practical applications of electricity in transportation, communication, industry, and medicine. The film was presented by the Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company, produced by Paramount Pictures, Inc., directed by Leslie Roush, and narrated by David Jordan.
