This unedited film shows 16 Laotian nurses (13 women and 3 men) training at Siriraj Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand through the aid of a one-year United States Operations Mission (USOM) fund. The film shows the nurses in a classroom setting; practicing bandaging, administering food through a feeding tube, grooming, and providing injections to patients; and studying in a library.
