In this video, George Stoney, Professor of Television & Film in the Alternate Media Center at New York University, discusses the alternate media center; the programming and production of small systems; video tape recording (VTR); and audiovisual (AV) slide shows. Various production techniques are also illustrated. The second half of the production consists entirely of still images of Prof. Stoney speaking on the telephone.
