Description

This film depicts the small town of Maniago, near Venice and Trieste, which was always noted for its fine cutlery. Steel supplied under the Marshall Plan allowed the townspeople to work again, and they decided to contribute two percent of their wages to build a much-needed local clinic. A Marshall Plan film, produced by Marcellini Films, Rome, for ECA Italy.
