Description

This film portrays the lives of the people who inhabit the fishing community of Gloucester, Massachusetts. The film shows scenes of home life; a deep-sea fishing trip; a storm at sea; and the annual feast honoring St. Peter, patron of fishermen. This is a Ford Motor Company presentation from the "Americans at Home" series, produced by Walter Lowendahl (Transfilm) and directed by Lawrence Madison.
