Description

This film tells of an insurance company (the Bankers Life and Casualty Company of Chicago) that re-trains elderly and handicapped persons for new employment opportunities. Included in the film are portions of President Eisenhower's remarks to the fall meeting of the President's Committee on Employment of the Physically Handicapped, delivered on September 23, 1953.
