Shows the visit of state agricultural club prize winners to Washington, D.C. Reel 1, the group arrives, visits various places, and competes in contests. Sec. of Agriculture James Wilson speaks and presents diplomas. Includes views of Union Station, Pennsylvania Ave., Continental Hall, and the Pan-American Union. Reel 2 consists mostly of scenes of animals at the Washington Zoo. Shows the White House, Washington Monument, and the Capitol.
