Description
Illustrates the deterioration of gravel and topsoil roads under heavy traffic and shows how such can be resurfaced with asphalt mixtures at low cost. Roads are scraped and leveled, asphalt is spread to settle the dust, a seal of heavier asphalt is applied, crushed rock is spread, and the road is rolled.
