Description
Reel 1, eggs are cleaned and graded on a farm, crated, and taken to market. The eggs are candled, graded, and oiled in an egg packing plant. Reel 2, frozen eggs are processed. Jobbers' trucks are loaded with eggs and dairy trucks deliver eggs to the consumer. Thousands of eggs are stacked in a Chicago warehouse. Buyers negotiate for eggs on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange.
