Reel 1 shows the harbor and public buildings of La Guaira, construction on mountain roads, and public buildings and avenues of Caracas. Personage: Pres. Juan Bautista Perez. Reel 2, highways are constructed in rural Venezuela, cattle graze on the llanos, coconut and banana groves are tended, and army units drill as former Pres. Juan Vicente Gomez observes the maneuvers.
