Description

Shows how selective tree felling, careful logging operations, and forest fire prevention activities insure a continuing supply of timber. Mature trees are felled and young trees are spared. Slash is cleared and railroad right of ways are cleaned to prevent forest fires. Includes shots of forest fires and lumber mill activities.
