Description
Reel 1, imported seeds are unloaded at Baltimore and samples are tested for trash and weed content. Seeds which fail the purity test are rejected for entry. Reel 2, time-lapse photographic studies are used to test the germination rate of imported seeds. Seeds with a low germination factor are rejected for entry.
