ADDED VALUES Part 1

Description

Shows how manufacturing, processing, and progressive marketing increases in the value of agricultural products. In North Caroline, the manufacture of furniture increases the value of trees. In the midwest, feed lot techniques produce the large number of cattle and hogs that the major meat packers require. Georgians are encouraged to use these progressive methods. Shows furniture-manufacturing and livestock feed lots.
