Air Force Now 234 Part 3
Description
The original agency catalog description reads: Audience: Air Force Commander's Call. Synopsis: This issue has 3 segments. Segment 1 takes a look at Strategic Air Command northern bases. Many new assignees to these northern tier locations feel this represents America's Siberia, but it's not that bad. It offers many opportunities in education and recreation, clean air, low crime rates and excellent housing. Segment 2 features a tour of Arnold Engineering Development Center located in the middle of the Serene, Tennessee wildlife management area. This facility is the free world's largest complex of aerospace ground testing, and houses some of the world's most sophisticated testing equipment. Segment 3 takes us to Luke Air Force Base for a look at Air Force honor guards as they proudly exhibit this fine Air Force tradition. Purpose: Explains the Air Force mission and accomplishments.
