Reel 1: 1) AV of flight line at Langley Field. 2) Squadron of P-1's taxiing. 3) AV of four P-1's with smoke nozzles protruding from fuselage. 4) A-3 attack planes and P-1 pursuit planes lined up on field. 5) Brig Gen Foulois, Maj Carl Spaatz and other officers talking. 6) ALS's of LB-5's and NBS-1's over coast. 7) Shows F.
