Shows the ship yards, the launching of a U-Boat, the installing of large guns on the tanks, the installing of the caterpillar, and the transporting of tanks by rail. 19) Several CU views of German Officials receiving decorations, they are foremen of plants, armament executives, professors, plant superintendents, etc. 20) High angle shot down on the Nazi propaganda chief finishing his address.
