Covers first pickups of single and multiple subject using Fulton Recovery System. 1) HC-130H No.14859 dropping recovery kit. 2) Captain Gerald E. Lyvere donning harness suit, inflating balloon, in position for pickup and ascending from recovery area. 3) AV's of HC-130H in flight, recovery yoke extending, contacting lift line, Captain Lyvere in tow and being brought aboard aircraft. 4) Colonel Allison C. Brooks and A3C Ronald Doll donning harness suits, inflating balloon, in position for pickup and ascending from recovery area. 5) Shows HC-130H contacting lift line. 6) AV's of HC-130H in flight, Colonel Brooks and Airman Doll in tow and being brought aboard aircraft. 7) Scenes of HC-130H landing and taxiing in on dry lake bed, test subjects leaving aircraft and talking to members of press.
