Description

Coverage of a single-package construction program dubbed Project Turnkey for building Tuy Hoa AB. Shows mainly the building of unloading ramps, offloading first supply ships by barges and landing crafts, including heavy equipment, construction of road, new pier, and runways, laying foundation of contractors billets, and erection of prefab living quarters. Also shows typhoon damage and F-4Cs taking off, flyovers, landing and taxiing.
